Sergiwa Capital is ran by an entrepreneurial team that runs a venture studio and consults for other founder operated businesses and offers buyout opportunities for select companies with sales of up to $150MM. We focus on identifying appropriate strategies and developing people, processes, and technologies for executing and delivering differentiated and innovative products and services with unique customer value propositions.

We also consult for search funds and private equity firms from commercial to financial due diligence as well as fund setup, fundraising, and investment thesis development.


Growth Strategy Consulting

We help companies identify growth opportunities, develop strategies and implement initiatives to achieve their objectives. We do this by offering end-to-end product and service strategy, development, and go-to-market planning. This includes a comprehensive competitive analysis and market research assessment to user experience research, design, prototyping, usability testing, engineering and product launch.


Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting

We help management teams and owners grow their soft power and influence by coaching them on business diplomacy and culture building, including directly facilitating any troubled relationships.

We can also help teams learn to unlock latent business performance by optimizing organizational agility while balancing risk of increased competition. We conduct a thorough competitor analysis and company 360 analysis before recommending any supply chain and value chain reorganizations.


Financial and Risk Management Consulting

We help companies develop financial strategies that align with their business objectives and connect you with relevant debt and equity providers.

We also help you identify, track, evaluate, and control risks that may impact businesses from their political, economic, legal, technical, market, and operational environments.


Venture Studio

Sometimes, we want to buy companies that simply do not exist yet. This is when we consider building ourselves. We run a heavy venture studio model where we assess market and business feasibility from market sizing, competitive analysis, financial analysis, domain experts, user experience researcher and design. Thereafter, if we believe there is a latent unmet customer need, we will proceed to build key assets like synthetic data models for training Large Reasoning Models. Thereafter, we recruit Founding Engineers to work alongside our inhouse software and AI engineers to continue building the MVP and spinout.
